  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, with no damages.
  • All sale and personalized pieces are final sale, non-exchangeable.
  • Merchandise that is received with any damages may be returned to customer without prior notice and may result in denial of return.
  • CAMILLE ( Jewelry) must authorize all returns and exchanges. Any unauthorized returns received without order number will be denied and items will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.
  • Approved returns are only valid within 15 business days after issuance.
  • Items will be exchanged upon current stock confirmation. Should the item not be in stock, a store credit will be issued.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after the order has shipped.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Although we pride ourselves in great quality product. It is important that you (the customer) take great care of them. To keep your jewelry looking fresh and new, please avoid elements that can wear out your plating over time such as water, soap, lotion, body oils, perfume or sunscreen. Over time, these can break down the finish on the jewelry.  To preserve your jewelry, we provide you with an anti tarnish paper inside each pouch or box you receive with your purchase. Please be sure to store your jewelry!


  • CAMILLE ( Jewelry) guarantees a 6 month warranty on merchandise that is manufacturer defected only, not from wear and tear.
  • CAMILLE ( Jewelry) does not cover merchandise damaged by the customer.
  • Items are deemed defective solely upon the discretion of CAMILLE           ( Jewelry).
  • CAMILLE ( Jewelry) will not be held responsible for damages caused by improper care.
  • CAMILLE ( Jewelry) will repair a defective item with proof of purchase only.
  • For defective or incorrect merchandise received, customers must adhere to the return/warranty policy stated above.
  • All damages incurred after the 6 month warranty may be subject to CAMILLE (Jewelry) Repair Service fees, including all stone repair requests.
  • CAMILLE (Jewelry) reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.

  • Upon approval by CAMILLE (Jewelry), we will issue store credit for unworn and undamaged items returned within 15 days of receiving purchase.
  • Store credit can be used one time only on a future order.
  • Store credit codes will remain active for a 6 month period.
  • A store credit cannot be combined with any other store credit codes, discounts or promotional offers.
  • Store credit can only be used in its entirety on a future purchase that is equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.
  • Items returned for store credit, must be returned with all original tags and packaging included.
