Returns and Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within the stated return window if unworn and in original condition. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.
Sale or clearance items, made to order pieces, and customized designs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes personalized items and ring size adjustments, as each piece is crafted specifically for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is completed. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Made to Order and Custom Jewelry
Made to order pieces are crafted specifically for you once an order is placed. This allows us to create thoughtfully finished designs while reducing excess inventory. This includes ring sizing.
