Production and Lead Times

Each design has its own creation timeline. Please refer to the individual product description for the most accurate lead time before placing your order.

Made to order and personalized pieces require additional production days for finishing and quality control.

Ready to Ship

Our Ready to Ship styles are prepared in advance and leave the studio within 1 to 3 business days after order processing. Availability is noted directly on the product page.

Shipping Options

Every order ships tracked, regardless of the total. Complimentary shipping on US orders over $100.

Orders of $750 and above ship insured with signature required, included at no cost to you. Orders under $750 ship tracked without added insurance and without signature required, and are not covered against loss or theft.

Expedited service is available at checkout for any order.

Estimated transit times begin after production and handling are complete, and are set by the carrier rather than by us.

Insured Delivery

Orders of $750 and above ship insured for their full value with signature required, so your piece is handed to you rather than left at a door. These orders ship to a street address rather than a PO box.

Coverage is included. There is nothing to add at checkout.

An order is complete once tracking confirms delivery and, where required, a signature has been captured.

Orders Under $750

Orders under $750 ship tracked, and they are not insured and do not require a signature on delivery. This means the carrier is permitted to leave your package at the door.

Camille Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is in their possession and outside our control. Once tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered complete.

We will always help. If a package goes missing, we will send you the tracking record and shipping documentation you need to open a claim directly with the carrier.

Transit Times and Carrier Delays

Delivery estimates are set by USPS and UPS and begin once your order leaves the studio. Weather, holiday volume, and regional backlogs can stretch those windows.

Any delay that happens after a package is scanned into the carrier network is at the discretion of that carrier and sits outside our control. We are glad to help you trace a package, and we cannot guarantee carrier timelines or refund shipping charges for delays once a package is in transit.

If your delivery date matters, choose an expedited service at checkout and factor in the production time listed on the product page.

Address Accuracy

Orders ship only to the address entered at checkout. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed, and cannot be changed once a label has been created. Please review your details carefully before completing checkout.

We are not able to reroute, recover, or replace a package delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Gift Wrapping

Complimentary gift wrapping is included on request. Leave a note at checkout and we will take care of the details.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. International orders travel insured with signature required.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
