Exchanges & Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the information below carefully, as our exchange and return policies vary by product type and are strictly enforced.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges and returns are accepted on full-priced, unworn merchandise purchased directly from Camille Jewelry and returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received outside of this window will not be accepted.

Delivery is determined by the carrier’s marked delivery date.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Custom designs

  • Resized rings

  • Personalized or engraved items

Any item received in worn or damaged condition may be returned to the customer and will result in denial of the return.


Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email orders@camillejewelry.com with your order number prior to shipping your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Camille Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.


Additional Notes

Camille Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. For return shipments on orders valued over $300, we also recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
